Habits to kick off


A great observer once shared these with me....

Habits... that one will be better w/o

  1. Picking food the moment one get home
  2. not taking a shower immediately
  3. lying in a bad position after food
  4. occasions where u don remove your contact lens
  5. not exercising
  6. overeating... and getting fat
  7. not moisturizing enuff

1) reserved your best for the last
2) take things easy
